Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and business projects while ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, status reporting, and governance activities.
- Manage resource planning and allocation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate with 8+ yrs of experience in Project Management
