Senior Python Developer (Django/Flask)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our innovative team. This position plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python, contributing directly to our strategic business objectives. The Lead Python Developer will leverage their expertise in Python frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Software Requirements

• Required Proficiency:

  • Python: Advanced level, with experience in software development
  • Django, Flask, or Pyramid: Expertise in at least one popular Python framework
  • ORM (Object-Relational Mapping): Proficient knowledge

• Preferred Proficiency:

  • Front-end technologies such as JavaScript and HTML5: Familiarity

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing best practices and conducting thorough testing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Python applications.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Experience Requirements

• Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align development efforts with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
