Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Frontend Automation QA Engineer to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating web applications, a solid understanding of modern testing practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing for web applications.
- Strong knowledge of any OOP language (preferably TypeScript or JavaScript).
- Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to independently derive and write effective test cases.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for frontend automation.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Cucumber BDD for behavior-driven testing.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably using GitLab).
- Basic knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or REST clients.
- Awareness of web accessibility standards and basic accessibility testing.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS is a plus).
