Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Manual Testing: Experience in manual testing, including test case creation and execution.
- Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in an Agile environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Designing and executing test cases for various software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Identifying, analyzing, and reporting software defects, and working with the development team to resolve them.
- Participating in Agile development meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in testing tools and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
