We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to scale our talent acquisition strategy. IMC's growth plans are exciting, and this individual will be shaping how we attract, select and retain top technical talent in this very competitive market.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Focus on strategy and execution for XP hires, across Trading, Technology and Business Support;
- Work on projects to continuously improve our hiring processes in broadest sense, that should result into increasingly better hires and shorter throughput times
- Use ideas, curiosity and market knowledge to set and execute innovative recruiting strategies, culminating in a driven and extraordinary candidate experience.
- You'll build strong relationships with our key business leaders - on a Global and Regional level - to develop a deeper understanding of their objectives, people, and challenges, in order to present the best candidates.
- Represent the IMC brand externally in the India market selling our unique opportunities and company culture.
- Manage & own the ongoing relationship and activities with external agencies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your pipelines including, but not limited to; actively screening and phone interviewing candidates
- Work with key stakeholders to analyze, report and present key findings, identifying and driving changes where required
Your Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition roles in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment
- Solid international exposure / extensive experience working with international clients
- Ideally coming from finance or professional services firm (HFT, international tech, international bank/hedge fund, scale-up preferred).
- Extensive experience with building successful hiring strategies, including sourcing, employer branding, partnering with agencies, in a project driven set-up
- Independent and assertive, yet collaborative and open-minded. Quick learner.
- Able to and experience with mentoring juniors
- Superior communication skills, able to convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships both internally as well as with candidates.
- Possesses an abundance of common sense and pragmatism to solve problems and get results
- Be part of a fun and energetic team that are results oriented, self-motivated and driven
