We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a strategic role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, drive end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various business functions
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and contribute to capability building within the TA team
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best-in-class recruitment practices
Leverage talent market insights to proactively build pipelines and engage passive candidates
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-informed hiring decisions
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
8+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in-house environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and market dynamics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in developing and executing complex hiring strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
