Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade
automation solutions. Basic knowledge of Agentic AI in RPA will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
- Create reusable components, frameworks, and best-practice-based bot designs.
- Work on integrations with applications, databases, APIs, Excel, email, PDFs, and web systems.
- Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and bot monitoring.
- Support production bots and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare technical documentation such as SDD, deployment guide, and support handover documents.
- Review code and guide junior developers when required.
- Explore AI / Agentic AI use cases to enhance automation workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Automation Anywhere A360.
- Good understanding of Control Room, Bot Runner, Credential Vault, queues, schedules, and deployments.
- Experience in web, Excel, email, PDF, database, and API-based automation.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python, VBScript.
- Strong understanding of exception handling and production support.
- Basic understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI concepts, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and human-in-
- the-loop automation.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of overall IT / RPA experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere experience.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA project delivery is preferred.
- Good to Have
- Automation Anywhere certification.
- Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation / OCR tools.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or similar platforms.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
