Roles & Responsibility :
1. Cross-Platform Mobile DevelopmentDevelop, maintain, and enhance native and cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native, or Flutter frameworks
Lead technical design decisions, propose architectural improvements, and mentor junior developers while ensuring scalable and maintainable code architecture across mobile platforms.
3. UI/UX ImplementationTranslate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, intuitive mobile interfaces following platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS)
4. Performance OptimizationMonitor, analyze, and optimize application performance including battery usage, memory management, network efficiency, and overall user experience across different devices and OS versions.
5. API Integration & Backend ConnectivityIntegrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services while ensuring secure data transmission and proper error handling
6. Code Quality & Testing
Write clean, well-documented code, conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit testing, and establish debugging procedures to maintain high-quality standards
7. App Store ManagementManage the complete app lifecycle including deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, handling app updates, version control, and compliance with store guidelines.
8. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to define app functionality, user experience, and technical requirements
9. Technology InnovationStay current with emerging mobile development trends, evaluate new technologies and frameworks, and recommend adoption of best practices and modern development tools
10. Security & ComplianceImplement mobile app security best practices, ensure data protection compliance, and maintain secure coding standards to protect user information and prevent vulnerabilities.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of mobile app development experience
- Experience with mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter, SwiftUI) [
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
- Experience with Git version control and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Understanding of mobile analytics and crash reporting tools
- Experience with mobile app security and performance testing
