Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Java
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

You’ll manage and optimise the platforms used to power our entire business. You’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for continuous improvement, ensuring our systems are simpler, faster, and more secure.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Technology evangelist for Java-based cloud modernisation initiatives.
- Hands on coding experience and troubleshooting
- Drive automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices to streamline delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Java, cloud and evaluate their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Have hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Are passionate about DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Are eager to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
- Have experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Understand Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
Essential skills:
- Experience: 8-12 Years
- Strong experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and cloud-native services.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Good understanding of networking and cloud security.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and influencing engineering practices.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
