So, what’s the role all about?
We are seeking Senior Specialist Automation Engineer (QA) to lead and oversee the quality assurance efforts for our software projects. This role involves ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing software by combining functional expertise, automation testing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in QA methodologies, performance testing, automation frameworks, and cloud-based environments, including AWS.
How will you make an impact?
- Investigate, measure, and report on client's risk of suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
- Follow SOPs as per anti-money laundering laws and carry out investigations. Identify areas for improving alert investigation process.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulators to minimize money-laundering risks to client’s business.
- Report and make notes and records of any suspicious transactions or activities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proactive work on investigations within SLA and be a strong performer in the team
- Be well versed with FCC investigator solutions including Actimize (if possible)
- Work within service levels, KPI’s and in line with the regulatory best practice.
- Be up to date with trainings conducted for the investigation team, including workshops, conferences, and any certification or refresher training as required.
- Review risk and complete risk assessments as required.
- Maintain and update your knowledge of anti-money laundering compliance rules, regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Take part in and lead anti-money laundering compliance training on identifying suspicious activity to other team members.
- Indirect/direct consulting to clients.
- Provide domain expertise support during pre/post service sales process.

- Leadership and Decision Making: Proven experience with leadership and critical decision making in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Functional QA and domain expertise.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Proficiency in developing automation framework with C#.
- Strong experience with automation testing frameworks like Playwright and Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with Chaos Engineering using tools like Gremlin.
- Understanding of containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AWS services and related cloud technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA tools.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Exposure to application observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with Contact Center as a Service or Platform as a Service type of products.
- Exposure to services such as AWS DynamoDB, ECR, ECS
- Familiarity with backend integration testing with REST and gRPC based communication
