Job DescriptionLead the successful delivery of billing technology initiatives by coordinating global teams, providing technical oversight, and developing solution design capabilities across the organization.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of billing system initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes are effectively managed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, development, testing, and operations to drive successful execution and operational readiness.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring for a small team of solution design resources, driving consistent delivery practices and capability development.
- Provide technical oversight and challenge where required, ensuring solution approaches are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology deliveries across business and engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with architects, developers, and platform teams
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, or line management of technical professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
- Experience in billing, order-to-cash, revenue management, ERP, financial systems, or related enterprise platforms
