Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Services - Global Mobility (GBSC) to support end-to-end delivery of mobility services within a centralized shared services model.
This role is responsible for managing complex global mobility cases, ensuring compliance and policy adherence, and driving operational excellence across relocation, global immigration, and assignment processes.
The position plays a critical role in vendor coordination, and maintaining control, documentation, and audit readiness across mobility operations, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our COE.
What We're Looking For:• Strong understanding of: • Global mobility policies and program management• Global immigration support and relocation processes• Experience in Global Mobility & HR Operations / Shared Services environment• Proven ability to handle complex, sensitive, or escalated employee cases• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases/workstreams simultaneously• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ownership mindset with ability to drive resolution independently while escalating appropriately when needed
Key Responsibilities:• Manage complex, non-standard, and high-risk mobility cases across relocation, immigration, and assignment programs• Support global mobility programs including relocation, immigration, international assignments, and policy-driven employee moves• Deliver a high-quality employee experience by providing clear guidance on policies, processes, and mobility programs• Ensure consistent application of policies across regions while managing exceptions and non-standard scenarios• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across the employee lifecycle and global transitions • Ensure adherence to mobility policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, cross-functional teams and vendors to drive end-to-end case resolution• Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and process improvements• Manage vendor interactions related to mobility services, ensuring service delivery and issue resolution• Maintain accuracy and governance in case management, documentation, and systems.
