Ciklum is looking for a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We're seeking an Internal Talent Fulfillment Partner to manage end-to-end resource deployment, allocation, and bench optimization, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities at the right time. Experience in Talent Acquisition activities is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Own resource allocation and deployment across projects/accounts, balancing skill fit, availability, and business priorities
- Manage bench actively — minimize non-billable time through proactive redeployment and upskilling recommendations
- Partner with delivery/business leaders to forecast upcoming demand and build talent supply plans
- Maintain real-time visibility into resource pipeline, skill inventory, and utilization metrics
- Run monthly/quarterly workforce planning cycles, aligning supply with projected demand
- Drive internal mobility — identify redeployment opportunities before triggering external hiring
- Collaborate with TA to fill capability gaps through external hiring when internal supply is insufficient
- Experience in sourcing, screening & scheduling external talents is highly preferred
- Interested to work in talent acquisition activities in terms of external fulfillment.
- Track and report on utilization, bench aging, fill rates, and deployment TAT
Requirements:
- 6–8 years in resource management, workforce/capacity planning, or talent deployment (IT services/consulting background preferred)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition activities are highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in RMG tools/HRIS
- Ability to balance short-term deployment needs with long-term workforce strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management across delivery, HR, and leadership
