Senior Technical Product Manager

Your Role :We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to join the Arbortext product management team.

The candidate should be hungry to learn new technologies and apply them to solve real world problems faced within the content management, publishing and delivery domains. Arbortext is an end-to-end, dynamic publishing solution that streamlines how organizations create, manage, and deliver technical publications and Parts Catalogues information derived from Engineering CAD Data and Bills of Materials, interchangeably throughout the Digital Thread
This candidate will play a crucial role in creating and evolving the product roadmap and strategy along the lines of current market trends, like SaaS, AR/VR and AI.
Experience with Scrum and agile processes is also a must.
Your Impact- As customers grow to rely on Arbortext Content Delivery for delivering rich, trustworthy, contextual service documentation and Part Lists, the complexity and scale of the data which the application is expected to manage has grown significantly over the years. In this role you will get the opportunity of solving some of the complex and pertinent problems faced by any customer requesting to manage and deliver its technical content, such as the aftermarket service technicians and equipment operators.

Your Team-The candidate will be a part of a highly dynamic and technically competent team working on PTC Arbortext Content Delivery solution, that enables access to the up-to-date configuration-specific documents through precision search, navigation and filtering, with powerful bookmarking, interactive notes and feedback sharing capabilities, allowing the user to find the necessary high-quality information, right on time, boosting user productivity
Your Day-to-Day 

•            Working in an Agile environment, writing user stories, creating product backlogs, prioritizing work, and performing story acceptance

•            Participate in the vision, design, and implementation of quality products.

•            Bridge the gap between our product management team and engineering, distilling high level requirements into actionable plans that our expert developers can execute on.

•            Bring a user perspective to the design of our products, ensuring that we deliver products that our customers want to use.

•            Should not be hesitant to challenge and confront his colleagues to get the desired results

•            Work with engineering teams to produce delivery estimates for new features and products.

•            Continuously learn new technologies and develop new skills to stimulate innovation

•            Become an expert on our products. Support internal training for new products and features.

•            Work with publications team to help document features.

Must-Have Skills 

•            Experience with Scrum and agile processes is required

•            Experience writing user stories, creating product backlogs, prioritizing work, and performing story acceptance.

•            Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure), REST, HTTP is a plus

•            Experience or knowledge of Security practices, policies and procedures

•            Experience or knowledge delivering enterprise grade software applications

•            Experience or knowledge with productivity tools and languages (Jira, GIT).

•            Experience or knowledge with AI/LLM tools (Azure Open AI)

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Comfortable interacting with technical and business professionals at every level.
