This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. GoDaddy's International Independents Org is dedicated to empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs through innovative and cutting edge technology tools that enhance their online presence, streamline operations, and drive growth. This product group is one of the key strategic pillars of GoDaddy, with an important contribution to the company's revenue, customer growth, and innovation and this team is responsible for building a world-class offering which make it a breeze to build. Generative AI is a sub-organization within GoDaddy International Independents and focuses on developing AI-driven Tools. It focuses on advancing GoDaddy Airo, an AI-powered toolkit designed to simplify and optimize key aspects of business management for SMBs. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with strong Product Management experience to lead high-impact, fast-paced, and large-scale delivery programs within GoDaddy’s Generative AI sub-organization.
What you'll get to do...
- Drive the successful delivery of AI-driven products by managing complex, cross-functional programs, working closely with Engineering teams to ensure seamless software development and release cycles.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of functionalities while collaborating with Product Management to define strategy, requirements, and success metrics.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Maintain and improve program tracking systems, publish progress reports, and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
- Optimize trade-offs to balance business needs with technical constraints while achieving organizational OKRs.
- Lead program reviews, drive alignment across teams, and propose solutions to ensure continuous improvements in program management processes, shaping the direction of our shared services.
Your experience should include...
- 4+ years of Program Management and/ or Product Management in a technology-driven environment working directly with software engineering teams.
- Extensive experience with project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale technical programs involving AI/ML or SaaS products.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business functions, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
You might also have...
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, GPT, BERT), and large language models (LLMs).
- Software development methodologies, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, machine learning pipelines, and AI-powered SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and other program tracking tools.
