Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are searching for an entrepreneurial, highly data-driven professional ready to acquire world-class technical talent across key global markets: India, the UAE, and Europe. You won't just fill roles; you will act as a trusted strategic talent partner to global senior leaders, defining and driving recruiting excellence for complex, niche technical roles. What you'll do
  • Develop and execute international talent acquisition strategies to efficiently scale our core technical teams across India, the UAE, and Europe
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, and niche technical positions within Engineering and other core functions
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to executive leadership and international hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
  • Conduct continuous market mapping, competitive intelligence, and salary benchmarking across all three regions (India, UAE, Europe) to ensure our strategies are fully optimized
  • Design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of structured interview processes, guaranteeing consistency, fairness, and clarity across all international teams
  • Track and communicate comprehensive recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience to all applicants, successfully guiding them through the complexities of international relocation, compensation, and offer negotiation
  • Leverage expertise in ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools to ensure efficient candidate flow, data integrity, and robust pipeline reporting
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects focused on employer branding, diversity initiatives, and talent attraction within your assigned regions
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth, global technology environment
  • Proven, hands-on experience recruiting for roles in India AND at least one other key region (UAE/MENA or EMEA/Europe)
  • Deep expertise in sourcing methodologies and a track record of successfully filling highly niche, senior-level technical positions (e.g., Staff/Principal Engineers, specialized AI/ML roles)
  • Demonstrated ability to build immediate trust and rapport with executives, VPs, and senior engineering leaders globally
  • Strong understanding of international compensation structures and employment law basics relevant to the assigned regions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to confidently present data-driven recruiting insights to leadership
  • Expert-level proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ideally Greenhouse) and high competency in data analysis and reporting
  • A strategic mindset, capable of identifying long-term hiring needs and proactively building talent pipelines
