Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and other relevant software. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and best practices for web design.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
