We are hiring SEO Specialist who excels in both content and technical SEO. In this independent role, you'll take full ownership of optimizing LXT’ online presence and implement all SEO initiatives hands-on.
Responsibilities
Content SEO:
- Develop data-driven content strategies to increase organic visibility
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
- Create SEO-optimized content independently (blog posts, landing pages, website copy, etc) that resonates with our target audience
- Optimize existing content and identify content gaps
- Monitor content performance and derive actionable recommendations
- Brief writers on new content, and edit their articles before publication
Technical SEO:
- Optimize website architecture and internal linking structure in WordPress
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawling errors, indexing problems, duplicate content)
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability
- Implement structured data (schema markup) and monitor technical website health
- Ensure proper XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tag implementation
- Collaborate with external developers when major technical changes are needed
Off Page SEO:
- Experience building high quality backlinks
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create meaningful SEO reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Conduct regular SEO audits and track KPI performance
- Analyze data from Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to inform strategy
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results
- Strong expertise in both content optimization and technical SEO
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized content
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, accessible content
- Awareness of AI products and services
- Expert-level knowledge of Semrush
- Proficient with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
- Solid experience working with WordPress
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Ability to implement SEO-relevant changes independently
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated to work independently
- Comfortable working autonomously and setting your own priorities
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
