ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect

Provides subject-matter expertise across ledger, accounting, and financial close processes. Leads general ledger and sub-ledger integration, accounting treatments, reconciliations, controls, process documentation, and regulatory compliance. Partners with Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Change teams on ledger architecture, functional specifications, testing, governance, audit support, and release readiness. Mentors team members and advises senior stakeholders on financial integrity and control risks.

Lead discovery, research, information architecture, and interaction design for enterprise conversational AI, copilots, and agentic workflows. Partner with product and engineering teams to shape AI product roadmaps, simplify complex workflows, and promote trustworthy, transparent human-in-the-loop experiences. Requires strong expertise in product design, AI/ML products, conversational interfaces, enterprise tools, rapid prototyping, and user testing.

Embed responsible AI practices into AI solution design, development, and operations. Assess risks involving fairness, privacy, safety, transparency, security, and regulatory impact; define governance controls and approval gates; review LLM, RAG, and agentic systems; establish documentation, monitoring, human oversight, and audit evidence; and coordinate remediation with engineering, legal, compliance, security, and product teams.
