CloudRaft is looking for a high-agency Social Media Executive to help grow our digital presence and spark meaningful conversations around Cloud Native technologies, AI, DevOps, and modern infrastructure.
This role goes beyond posting content, we’re looking for someone who understands how tech communities grow online, how conversations evolve, and how to turn industry insights into engaging social media content.

Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write clear, engaging, and technically relevant content for platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Translate complex topics from the Cloud Native, Kubernetes, DevOps, and AI ecosystems into content that is easy to understand and engaging.
- Develop content formats including threads, short explainers, carousels, reels, and thought leadership posts.
Content Planning & Execution
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with CloudRaft’s brand voice and marketing initiatives.
- Create visual posts, short videos, reels, and stories using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Ensure that important industry events, festivals, company milestones, and internal knowledge sessions are highlighted on social media.
Community Building
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Participate in relevant cloud-native and AI conversations online.
- Help grow CloudRaft’s audience through consistent engagement and community-driven interactions.
Performance & Growth
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Identify trends in Cloud Native, DevOps, AI, and infrastructure technologies and convert them into engaging content.
- Continuously experiment with formats that improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Skills Required
- Excellent written English with the ability to create crisp, compelling, and insightful content.
- Curiosity about Cloud Native technologies, Kubernetes, DevOps ecosystems, and AI.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO basics, and content optimization.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar platforms.
- Understanding of how social media platforms grow engagement loops, organic follower growth, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to adapt content across formats including short posts, threads, blogs, visual posts, and short videos.
Someone with:
- 1.6–3 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, campaigns, or digital storytelling work.
- Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow digital communities.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Curiosity about technology, startups, and the evolving cloud ecosystem.
