Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Software Engineer with experience in ReactJS, .NET technologies, and Azure to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in development, technical support, code quality, and collaboration within an Agile delivery environment.
- Support the development team on technical aspects and resolve technical blockers proactively.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead and independently handle assigned technical areas.
- Gain strong domain understanding across modules and contribute proactively to new feature development.
- Participate in architecture discussions and ensure performance considerations are addressed.
- Review code, approve Pull Requests (PRs), and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Support deployment activities and CI Pipeline processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and distributed teams in an Agile environment.
- Take ownership and make technical decisions in the absence of the Tech Lead.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and delivery quality.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience with ReactJS (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with .NET, .NET Core, and C# development.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience using Microsoft VSTS / Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and development skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical processes and business domains.
- Good architectural awareness and understanding of application performance considerations.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and Agile ways of working.
- Experience with Windows Services development and support.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
