Overview
The Loyalty Offers team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
All About You
1.Strong backend engineer/ Full stack with below tech stack (good to have)
Backend - Java 11, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA, Postgres, Axon(built on top of kafka)
UI - Angular JS, React JS, JS, JSP, HTML, CSS, Akamai CDN, Mockito
CI/CD tool - Jenkins
Code management - Bitbucket/Git
Cache Management - Redis Cache
Authentication and Authorization / Token Auths
Code quality tool- Sonar, Checkmarx
Automation Framework - TestNg
2.Good communication skills and ability to communicate across different stakeholders.
3.Exposure on latest Gen AI based models or keen to explore deep dive into new AI capabilities that can help the offers program
