Job Description Summary:
Seeking a mid-level software engineer in Cloud SaaSOps team with Rocket Software to support our complex SaaS product integration platform across cloud infrastructure, partner communication layers and multiple related systems. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, supporting integrations, and contributing to ongoing modernization initiatives including platform migration and monitoring, security improvements of our line-of-business SaaS products.Required Skills -
1. 5-6 of years experience in software engineering, Cloud SaaS operations.
2. Experience with cloud platform (AWS).
3. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems.
4. Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
5. Knowledge about containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS.
6. Linux, Windows knowledge.
7. Programming/Scripting knowledge.
8. Understanding of SQL queries.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Support day-to-day operations of SaaS platforms, ensuring reliability and SLA adherence.
2. Troubleshooting platform issues including workflow failures, file processing issues, and integration error etc.
3. Manage and support partner integrations using protocols such as AS2, SFTP and related communication layers.
4. Work with monitoring tools to track system health and improve observability and alerting.
5. Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
6. Assist platform modernization efforts, including migrations, writing new interfaces for data formatting into reports generation etc.
7. Collaborate with cross functional teams
