About the Role:
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our software products by executing various test cases and helping to identify defects. Your focus will be on more diverse testing scenarios, improving test documentation, and providing insights to enhance our quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and execute key manual test suites for desktop and multi-tier SaaS products based on the Microsoft C#/.NET/Oracle technology stack.
• Design, build, and test high quality reusable manual test cases, exploratory tests, test strategies and test plans.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within applications and systems.
• Deliver high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
• Execute, enhance, and support automated system and performance tests.
• Effectively leverage test case management and defect tracking solutions.
• Work on Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Work independently on complex tasks with some technical and management guidance.
• Meet predetermined project schedules and deadlines.
• Evaluate and makes improvements to the testing process.

Skills:
• Four-year college degree within Information Technology field or equivalent experience. Additional industry certifications in related technologies preferred.
• 2 or more years of related experience in the software industry as a quality assurance engineer, software developer or software tester.
• Experience with testing desktop and web-based applications.
• Experience in designing and executing testing scripts within multi-tier products based on the Microsoft C#/.NET/Oracle technology stack.
• Intermediate Test Case Execution: Competence in executing various types of tests.
• Bug Reporting and Tracking: Proficiency with tools like ADO, detailed reporting.
• 1+ year of test automation experience using C# is preferable.
• Good to have knowledge of implementation of CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in testing tools such as WinAppDriver or Selenium is a plus
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.

• Basic Root Cause Analysis: Initial analysis of defects to determine their origins.
• Documentation Skills: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive test documents.
• Collaboration: Enhanced teamwork skills for effective communication with developers.

• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Good to have experience in using generative AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot/Edge Copilot) into manual/automation testing to drive speed and innovation.
