Overall Responsibilities:Solution Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing technology solutions, creating detailed documentation, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting project implementation and continuous improvement efforts.Software Requirements:

Documentation:
- Expertise in creating detailed functional specifications, system designs, and process diagrams.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
- Experience in facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to present solutions and findings to stakeholders and management.
Testing and Validation:
- Knowledge of developing test cases and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Experience in assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback.
Project Support:
- Experience in project planning and coordination activities.
- Ability to support project managers in tracking project progress.
Continuous Improvement:
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend enhancements.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, stakeholder management, testing and validation, project support, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and propose technology solutions.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Solution Analyst or similar role.
