As a SAP CO, a solid understanding of end-to-end finance value flows, and hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations and transformations. Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and AI/Agentic AI concepts will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities- Lead and support Controlling (CO) and FPRA processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Project Controlling
- Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment for SAP Finance initiatives, especially in S/4HANA environments
- Act as a Solution Architect / SME for CO domain across:
- Transformation programs (S/4HANA, RISE, ERP modernization)
- Enhancements and production support
- Ensure strong alignment between R2R, CO, FPRA, and other finance sub-modules
- Participate in Business requirement gathering, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design (FSDs, BPDs, DADs), SIT/UAT and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors) to ensure end-to-end process integration
- Support data migration, system integration, and financial validation activities
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Contribute to digital transformation programs, including:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong focus on Controlling (CO)
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Finance value flows (R2R, CO, FPRA, O2C, S2P integration),Cross-module integration
- Hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and solution design,Working in global ERP environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to global stakeholders
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience in Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, BW/Reporting tools, Automation tools (RPA, workflows)
- Exposure to AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI, Agile / Azure DevOps
