Now, we’re exploring the vast potential of AI, and we need an outstanding SOX IT Compliance Analyst to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
What you'll be doing:
Support all essential elements of SOX IT Compliance, including identifying risks and testing IT Automated Controls, IT General Controls, and Key Reports in SAP and third-party environments.
Accurately narrate IT processes for automated controls as well general controls to meet SOX Compliance requirements.
Perform audit, create and document SOX testing work papers, planning & scoping memos, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
Identify, evaluate, assess, communicate, and document process exceptions, control deficiencies, and remediation plans, understanding the broader impact on business processes.
Collaborate with IT process owners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of SOX audit in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external auditors for walkthroughs and independent testing schedules, providing direct assistance as needed.
Perform Internal audit projects and AI automation projects to support the SOX IT Compliance.
Perform to high ethical standards, with strong quality of work mindset and applying audit professional skepticism as required.
Stay updated on new SOX compliance guidelines and interpretations and support special projects to identify process efficiencies.
What we need to see:
Graduate degree in Finance, IS/IT, or a related subject area.
A CISA or equivalent certification (preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of IT SOX Audit Compliance experience, with Big 4 firm experience.
Proficient in navigating SAP ERP and excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook).
Broad knowledge of controls and compliance frameworks and standards (COBIT, COSO, ISO, PCI, etc.), with practical application preferred.
Excellent organizational ethics and time management abilities paired with the capacity to multi-task.
Flexibility to work global (PST) / non-standard hours and collaborate with internal and external collaborators.
Self-starter with excellent auditing experience, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
The skill to absorb information swiftly and function both solo and in partnership within a dynamic environment.
