Job requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Systems and Operations Specialist to join our Global Learning & Talent team. This role plays a critical part in managing global learning platforms, enabling seamless learning operations, driving training processes, and delivering high-quality data and analytics to drive decision-making.Learning and Talent Management Platform Management
Manage administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements of learning platforms such as Workday Learning, Degreed, and LinkedIn Learning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to enable new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.
Workday LMS: Create learning batches, schedule events, manage attendance, upload courses, and assign trainers.
Degreed: Create and assign Learning Plans, Learning Pathways, and Role Plans on Degreed platform.
Learning Operations
Oversee end-to-end coordination of global learning programs, including scheduling, communication, logistics, attendance tracking, training evaluation and sharing reports.
Manage program enrolments and learner communications for both live and self-paced learning offerings.
Ensure timely and accurate learner support and resolution of operational queries.
Compliance Training
Manage global compliance training from enrolment to completion, ensuring timely tracking and reporting.
Partner with HR, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements.
Monitor completion rates and escalate overdue training where needed.
Reporting & Dashboards
Design and maintain learning and talent dashboards using data from Workday, Degreed, and other sources.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track participation, completion, engagement, and program effectiveness.
Identify trends and provide insights to inform learning and talent strategies.
Stakeholder Coordination
Schedule regular check-ins and review meetings with trainers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
Liaise with HR, Finance, Tech, and Business Units for seamless delivery of L&D initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
2–4 years of experience in Learning Operations, data management and reporting, Learning Platforms and systems administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters), Word, PowerPoint
Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders.
Good-to-Have
Hands-on experience with platforms like Workday Learning, Degreed, or LinkedIn Learning.
Experience with compliance training operations and tracking.
Familiarity with dashboarding tools or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
