Job Responsibilities:
Designation: Senior Design Engineer
Role Purpose
To provide technical guidance to the team members to deliver project specific outputs based on the work packages identified by team lead with expected level of quality and within acceptable timeframe,
Reporting to- Assistant Manager/ Manager
Responsibilities:

• Should be able to generate new concepts/master sections Should have hands on experience in complete system e.g. Door, closures etc.

Key Performance Indicators
Timely and accurate delivery Working discipline. Components and sub assembly ownership.

Educational Qualification
BE / DME in Mechanical/production/automobile stream No. of years of work
experience
If BE then 6- 9 years If DME then 8-11 years
Critical Skill Sets

• Software proficiency Catia/ Unigraphics •
• Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque, space frame, cab-on-frame) •
• Creation and understanding of master sections •
• Joinery definitions and assembly sequence. •
• Vehicle Manufacturing & Assembly Process •
• Digital Mock Up (DMU) •
• Communication skills •
