We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in C#, multithreading, design patterns, and high‑performance systems. The ideal candidate will work on mission‑critical applications, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to system architecture, development, and code quality. This role requires strong technical depth, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze system requirements and convert them into actionable technical tasks.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code in C# / .NET.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and system architecture.
- Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Review, refactor, and improve existing codebases.
- Deploy fully functional applications in production environments.
- Upgrade and enhance existing programs and modules.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and operational procedures.
- 5–8 years of hands‑on commercial experience in C# / .NET development.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, design patterns, and multithreading.
- Experience working with mission‑critical, high‑availability applications.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and database programming.
- Exposure to middleware technologies such as EMS, Solace, Kafka, etc.
- Experience working in enterprise-grade, collaborative development environments.
- Good understanding of systems analysis, application architecture, and debugging.
- Experience with web-based application development.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of FX derivatives or financial domain concepts.
- Experience in profiling applications to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of TDD (Test‑Driven Development) practices.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals including:
- Concurrency
- Algorithms
- Operating systems
- Distributed systems
