Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do:
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented sales and operations professional to join our International Sales & Operations vertical as Senior Manager. This role is the operational backbone of the international business and responsible for translating strategy into disciplined, day-to-day execution across our 11 active territories (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, UAE, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia).
This position carries a dual mandate of commercial as well as operational aspects and requires someone who is equally comfortable in a partner conversation and a performance spreadsheet. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales instincts, a structured approach to operations, and the financial awareness to evaluate partner schemes and track ROI on commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Execute sales plans and partner engagement strategies, ensuring territory-level targets for applications, deposits, and conversions are met each intake.
Ø Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners across all active territories, serving as a key point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and performance conversations.
Ø Supervise and support the Partner Specialist team (Inside Sales team) based in India — monitoring calling cadences, follow-up quality, partner coverage, and weekly output against set targets.
Ø Track and drive the conversion of offer letters to deposits through structured follow-up coordination with the Inside Sales team and channel partners.
Ø Monitor application pipelines across all territories on a case-by-case basis; coordinate with Business Unit teams to ensure timely and accurate processing and flag delays proactively
Ø Conduct regular performance reviews with Regional Managers and Regional Officers to assess territory health, identify underperforming markets, and implement corrective action plans.
Ø Executing quarterly partner review meetings — preparing performance data, regional summaries, and intake-wise comparisons in advance.
Ø Participate in international trips and partner visits as required to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and support regional teams in the field.
Ø Assist in the design and rollout of partner incentive schemes by providing territory-level data inputs, tracking uptake and partner response, and reporting actual scheme performance against projected outcomes.
Ø Build and maintain MIS trackers and operational dashboards covering applications, deposits, conversions, partner activity, and Inside Sales metrics.
Ø Analyse regional market trends, competitor commission structures, and partner feedback to surface insights and recommendations for scheme adjustments or new growth initiatives.
Ø Support ROI tracking for active commission and incentive programmes — maintaining cost-per-student data and flagging variances against projected payback periods.
Ø Coordinate with BU Managers and SMEs to ensure the team is updated on partner developments, university changes, curriculum updates, and eligibility requirements for key markets.
Ø Assist in planning region-specific marketing and recruitment campaigns in coordination with Partners and Events teams.
Ø Perform in-depth analysis of country-specific curriculum patterns and eligibility requirements for top universities to support partner briefings and team training.
Ø Ensure alignment between the field team and India-based operations, bridging communication gaps and maintaining a single, consistent view of territory performance.

Ø Minimum of 3 years in a mid-to-senior sales or operations role with direct team management responsibility.
Ø Prior experience in the international education, EdTech, or student recruitment industry is strongly preferred.
Ø Experience supporting or contributing to the design and tracking of partner incentive or commission schemes, with an understanding of ROI measurement and cost-per-student economics.
Ø Strong proficiency in MIS management and data analysis — comfortable building and interpreting dashboards, pipeline trackers, and performance reports.
Ø Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage relationships across geographies, time zones, and seniority levels.
Ø Financial awareness: ability to track and interpret commission spend, scheme uptake data, and ROI metrics; able to prepare clear performance summaries for senior leadership review.
Ø Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style and a high degree of ownership and follow-through.
Ø Commercially minded with a structured, process-driven approach to managing operations and teams.
Ø Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to spot trends, flag risks, and recommend course corrections based on data.
Ø Willingness to travel internationally as required.
