Ecolab is searching for a driven Sr Marketing Creative Services Manager for future opportunities within our Marketing division in Pune, India. In this Sr Manager level role, you will be responsible for both orchestration and delivery of global creative services. As part of driving the global operational delivery of creative services, you will be responsible for global performance results around aligned KPIs (e.g., timeliness of completion) and managing key marketing stakeholder satisfaction. You will partner with the Site Leader to promote Ecolab culture within the site.

What You Will Do:
•Global Delivery & Performance Tracking - Maximize operational delivery performance, overseeing results across multiple subprocesses and sites, serving as an escalation point for operational delivery issues.
•Strategic Leadership – Support Sr. Director of Marketing Communications at Ecolab HQ in the development and execution of vision of Creative Services aligned with Division needs & articulate challenges and opportunities.
•Team Management – Manage Creative Directors and Project Leads across different Divisions, providing guidance and mentorship and ensuring project alignment & develop a strong pipeline of Leaders.
•Change Management – Lead change management efforts related to implementation of new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption across Creative and Implementation teams.
•Support knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required.
•Contribute continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing changes to enhance processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Degree and 12+ years’ experience in a matrix-based environment with thorough understanding of shared services
•3+ years of agency experience, specifically developing high-quality creative assets, working in fast-paced environments, managing client interactions
•Ability to establish a culture focused on continuous improvement while building best-in-class processes
•Track record of driving business results
•Experience in project management tools, demonstrates high level of organization and assertiveness for project delivery
•English Fluency (other languages a plus) with local language ability
