Sr ML & AI Engineer

What's the role?As a Senior ML & AI Engineer, you play a key role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that operate at scale. You contribute across the full lifecycle — from problem definition and model development to deployment and continuous improvement — while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality outcomes.Your work directly supports HERE’s mission to deliver intelligent, data‑driven location services used by customers worldwide.  Key responsibilities include:

• Deploy ML models into production environments

• Build scalable ML infrastructure and APIs

• Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, retraining, and versioning

• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications

• Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms

• Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation

• Work with large datasets to develop predictive and generative models

Who are you?
You are a collaborative engineer with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building practical AI solutions. You bring experience translating business or product needs into effective machine learning systems and enjoy working in a diverse, global environment. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 4+ years experience in machine learning engineering or AI development
• Strong programming skills in Python and Advance Sql.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as:TensorFlow PyTorch,Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data processing and distributed computing
• Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes or terroform.
• Experience working with AWS services.
• Solid understanding of: Machine learning algorithms, Deep learning, Model evaluation and optimization,Data structures and algorithms
