This person will drive Offer through Onboarding processes as well as programs that help TA hire more effectively. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050
Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250
Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

We're hiring an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact. What you'll do
- Strategize, scope and execute programs around offers, pre-boarding, knowledge management, compliance and other programs that reduce friction in the hiring lifecycle
- Partner with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes
- Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement
- Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches to make data-driven recommendations
- Drive thoughtful and strategic change, readiness and launch enablement programs to promote adoption and operational excellence
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across TA and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of work
- Investigate issues and drive solutions optimize recruiting productivity and operational excellence
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in program management in TA/HR/People organizations
- Experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of using project management and change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Adkar, PMP) to successfully drive complex projects
- Knowledge of TA practices and tools to drive recruiting success; preference for experience with offer management, pre-boarding, compliance, knowledge management strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
