As a Sr. Project Manager, Revenue Operations, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve business processes, optimize technology, and enable scalable growth across our Go-to-Market organization. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Channel, Customer Experience (CX), Professional Services (PS), and Business Systems to deliver projects spanning Salesforce CRM, GTM technologies, AI-enabled automation, system integrations, and business transformation.
You'll manage projects from planning through execution by driving project governance, stakeholder alignment, business requirements, UAT, executive reporting, and successful delivery of strategic RevOps initiatives. This role supports our US-based Go-to-Market organization and follows a 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Monday–Friday) schedule.

- Project & Program Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Revenue Operations initiatives.
- Manage projects across Salesforce CRM, GTM technologies, AI initiatives, automation, Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, and business transformation.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, Jira backlogs, and executive dashboards.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Own the lifecycle of Revenue Operations technology initiatives from intake and prioritization through implementation and adoption.
- Evaluate business needs and help define solution options, process impacts, and implementation approach.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of tools and system enhancements.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, open issues, and stakeholder actions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Partner with Business Systems teams on Salesforce enhancements, system integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and business validation.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes using automation and AI technologies.
- Support implementation of new GTM tools and business applications.
- Support tool rollouts, enhancements, and integrations by coordinating requirements, testing, communication, and training.
- Partner with business and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through clear communication, documentation, and change management support.
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual work and improve productivity through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Channel, CX, PS, and IT teams.
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and leadership updates.
- Drive change management and user adoption for new processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of Project Management or Program Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar Go-to-Market (GTM) function.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, GTM technologies, automation platforms, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Experience partnering with Business Systems, IT, Engineering, or cross-functional business teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS business processes, including Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, and GTM operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
