Profile Description:
This person will serve as single point for client and for the team and leads (directly/oversees) all aspects of data collection and field management, including sample and quota design, deployment plans, field work monitoring, managing field related issues, and managing panel vendors to meet client’s field objectives.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in qualitative research within a market research context, with exposure to qualitative research methods such as Online focus groups, IDIs, exploratory research.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with their goals. Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Research Design and Methodology:
Design qualitative research methodologies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographies, and content analysis. Develop research instruments such as discussion guides, interview protocols, and observation checklists. Ensure ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations in conducting research. Experience with Reviewing the Screener Questionnaire and sharing inputs/suggestions. Profile grid creation, Field schedule creation, Facility form generation.
Team Management and Collaboration:
Scheduling and assisting the moderator IDI, FGD, Triads etc. Manage and mentor a team of qualitative researchers and support staff. Facilitate regular team meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Oversee the recruitment and screening of study participants. Supervise data collection activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Analyze qualitative data using appropriate techniques, identifying key themes, patterns, and insights. Video transcript grid creation for each interviewee.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings. Reviewing transcripts to generate insights, Image/Video Tagging, video merging. Present research results to clients and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Monitor and report on project financials, making adjustments as necessary.
