We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, mentoring junior QA staff, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and usability.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement manual and automated test plans for GPPe, MS API testing and backend systems.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or Cypress.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback.
Review UI/UX for consistency and usability.
Lead post-release testing and validation in production environments.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across teams.
Maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and QA metrics.
Participate in code reviews and provide QA perspective.
