Sr. Software Engineer – C++ Architect

Lead architecture and development of multithreaded C++ IAM and authentication systems across desktop and web SDKs. Own feature delivery, release readiness, CI/CD stability, security updates, testing strategy, production issue resolution, documentation, and improvements to performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate across engineering, QA, backend, identity services, and desktop teams while driving end-to-end delivery.
We are building and maintaining IAM components, which power authentication and access workflows across systems. This is a high-ownership engineering leadership role, responsible for architecture, delivery, release quality, and cross-team coordination. If you enjoy solving complex system problems involving authentication, security, and distributed components, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of multi-threaded C++ AuthN systems
- Own end-to-end delivery across Desktop and Web SDKs
- Drive release readiness, including security updates and deprecation timelines
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring stability and reliability
- Collaborate with QA to define test strategy and automation coverage
- Resolve customer-reported issues and production challenges
- Document product decisions, design details, and integration requirements
- Drive system improvements across performance, scalability, and reliability
What You’ll Work On

Requirements
Tech Stack
- C++, Win32, Multi-threading
- AuthN / AuthZ / Identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Windows desktop applications
- Debugging & performance tools
Must-Have Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in:
- C++ (system-level + application-level)
- Desktop application development
Strong expertise in:
- Multi-threading, memory management, performance optimization
- AuthN / AuthZ / Identity systems
- Debugging complex production issues
Experience with:
- Security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead end-to-end delivery
Good to Have
- Experience with Qt-based UI development
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management systems
- Experience in release engineering / DevOps workflows
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise systems
