Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure Compliance → You will support the execution of the monthly payroll process while ensuring full compliance with labor and fiscal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. 
  • Assuring Accuracy → You will perform all necessary actions for precise and timely salary calculations, including timesheet validation, holiday and sick leave registration, and processing of bonuses and benefits. 
  • Maintain Data Integrity → You will update and ensure all employee-related changes are performed correctly and in a timely manner within relevant systems. 
  • Manage Employment Lifecycle → You will oversee personnel administration processes, including hiring activities, contract modifications, and terminations. 
  • Legal Compliance → You will ensure that all allocated personnel files are complete and up to date in accordance with legal requirements. 
  • Ensuring Confidentiality → You will handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll. 
  • Certification as an Inspector / Human Resources Specialist. 
  • Strong understanding of human resources and labor legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Spoken and written fluency in English
