Lead projects
Accountable for project results.
Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.).
Lead project meetings and reviews.

Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively. Monitors financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Team Management (cross-functional/matrix): Creates teamwork by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication. Identifies team strengths and assigns roles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Encourages collaboration to contribute to project success.
Scope (Change) Management: Adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances or new information. Clearly defines and controls the project scope to prevent scope creep. Technical Project Management Skills (incl. Scheduling): Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Effectively uses tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.) to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Applies standard PM techniques like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt charts.
Other Qualifications: BE -Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Metallurgy and related fields
