Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews.
Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables.

Technical Project Management Skills (incl. Scheduling): Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Effectively uses tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.) to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Applies standard PM techniques like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt charts.
