About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate – Business Systems to lead the support, enhancement, and reporting development of our fund administration platform, eFront Invest.

This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, performance, and usability of the system across global teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in eFront, SQL/reporting logic, and data integration, combined with strong business acumen in fund administration and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the support and enhancement of the eFront Invest platform across multiple business units.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using SQL and eFront reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Support client onboarding and new fund setup within the eFront environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, automation, and delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the group.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and set up eFront modules based on evolving business needs.
  • Participate in data-related projects, including integration with third-party systems and data warehouses.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on eFront Invest support and development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data extraction from relational databases.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of fund administration, investment accounting, and closed-ended fund structures.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and system integration.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring technical teams is desirable.
