We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior professional aspiring to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
You will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end interview logistics, actively sourcing candidates, and supporting recruitment activities while learning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
Interview Coordination (50%)
Schedule and coordinate interviews across various technical and business rounds.
Manage candidate communications, send interview invites, provide clear logistics, and host check-ins.
Follow up with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure timely feedback submission.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and the ATS (e.g., Zoho) continuously to reflect accurate interview statuses.
Talent Sourcing (30%)
Source potential candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals, etc.).
Assist in building active talent pipelines for recurring open roles.
Review resumes against job requirements to shortlist relevant profiles for recruiters.
Recruitment Support & Engagement (20%)
Conduct initial phone screenings to verify basic communication, salary expectations, and notice periods.
Support post-offer engagement and candidate follow-ups to help reduce drop-offs prior to onboarding.
Assist with recruitment reporting, tracking hiring progress, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or TA support.
Aspiration: Strong desire to grow into a full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with interview scheduling, Google Calendar/Outlook, and ATS tools (e.g., Zoho).
Familiarity with sourcing channels like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering a smooth candidate experience.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
