Assist with job descriptions, employer branding, HR communications, employee engagement, training coordination, employee records, and HR documentation. This full-time Pune-based internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and human resources within a fast-paced startup environment.
Role overview & Key responsibilities:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
2. Source and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
3. Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment-related content.
4. Support employer branding initiatives and HR communication on LinkedIn and other platforms.
5. Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
6. Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation.
