Manage talent operations across employee onboarding and offboarding, HR records, payroll, leave and attendance, benefits, compliance, HR systems, engagement, reporting, policy communication, employee relations, training support, and wellness initiatives. The role requires managing high-volume hiring, global stakeholders, HR technology, process automation, and analytics in a BPO environment. This is an onsite Pune position working 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, five days per week.

Requirements
Must- Have:
- Bachelor’s / Master degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Operations within a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Experience in managing high-volume hiring operations.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the globe.
- Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS, HRMS, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience in process automation and HR analytics.
