Leads commercial vehicle loan sales across an assigned geography, drives disbursement targets, sources business through dealers and other channel partners, expands the partner network, develops sales strategies, and monitors team productivity. Requires experience in commercial vehicle finance, auto loans, asset finance, or banking sales, along with team-handling experience and strong dealer network knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Vehicle loan disbursement targets across assigned geography.
- Source new business through dealers, distributors, transporters, brokers, and direct customer engagement.
- Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize portfolio growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities and productivity of team members.
Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4-8 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, Auto Loans, Asset Finance, or Banking Sales.
- Minimum 1-3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong dealer network and market knowledge preferred.
