PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Align deliverables with vendors and SES stakeholders.
- Mapping the business needs with the application Improvement use cases.
- Setup, Manage and facilitate the use of test environment setup between various teams.
- Lead technical improvement initiatives encompassing automation, troubleshooting workflows, scripting, tooling, and documentation.
- Build a roadmap for the product in the scope the technical lead responsibility.
- Design, Deploy Support and influence the design of Orchestration, Resource inventory and Service Assurance solution.
- Collaborate with all the Engineering teams to help continuous improvement in the SES IT landscape.
- Maintain a high level of engagement in SES digital orchestration initiatives
- Responsible for testing, demos, and training activities
- Manage SES end to end service fulfillment capabilities - both automated and manual
- Ensure that production systems under group responsibility are fit for purpose and highly available
- Provide inputs to the Department heads for administrative and management tasks.
- Follow and apply established HC performance management processes
- Manage deliverables with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with OSS/BSS stakeholders
- Drive automation/orchestration capabilities across SES with the goal of increasing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with core SES programs in the Networks and Video domains.
- Manage and coordinate Level 3 support during technical troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with Engineering and product teams.
- Advanced Technical Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications (BAC +5)
- 8 to 12 years' combined experience in operations/engineering/project lead role
- Agile certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Product specification and configuration, Service specification and configuration
- Proven track record managing large-scale deployment projects and vendor relationships.
- Experience overseeing QA/QC workflows, risk mitigation plans, and detailed progress reporting.
- Experience with system automation, orchestration techniques and telecom services provisioning/billing/CRM/OSS.
- Experience with Amdocs software products (ARM, ODO, OSO, ONI-S, OND, ANN)
- Experience with Cloud and Container (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes ...)
- Experience with RestApi and Kafka is a plus.
- Experience using tools like Postman.
- Experience in multi-vendor integration and support (Amdocs, TEOCO).
- Experience with Service Assurance/Monitoring solutions (Dataminer, netcool, Teoco Helix ...)
- Background in software development
- Understanding of TMF is a plus (tmforum.org)
- Self-motivated and able to deal well with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
- Sound working knowledge of data orchestration system architecture, methodologies & interfaces
- Proven track record in service support and implementation roles
