- Scope: Vendor (Fineos) work management, ensure Vendor and Inhouse custom team is utilized to the max capacity, align work and manage work for Custom dev and Codev to drive delivery.
- Familiar with Project planning - Waterfall & Agile. Strong Agile & waterfall estimation, planning, delivery experience.
- Experience driving vendor teams to deliver
- Technical delivery experience - able to communicate with Developers, Cloud ops engineers and understand subject matter with core tech skills in Java ,Oracle, AWS ,Devops .
- Strong Verbal & Written communication - communicate issues, create plans, and communicate them independently. Communicate with global team - US, Ireland, Eastern Europe, India.
- Strong sense of ownership
- Overall Resource team - ~6-8 resources ( Vendor+FTE )
