- ✔ 5+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics / BI projects
- ✔ Experience in team handling / technical project coordination
- ✔ Strong SQL + Data Warehousing + ETL experience
- ✔ Hands-on in Python / R / Java (any one)
- ✔ Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- ✔ Exposure to Agile delivery models
- ✔ Strong stakeholder communication (client-facing role)
