Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team and play a key role in creating clear, concise, and engaging documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written communication, proven expertise in technical documentation, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Join us in:
- Creating in depth technical write up for functionality of our Renewable, SCM Suite,
- Work closely with delivery engineering team for successful hand-off of with detailed documentation of ETL and customer workflow
You’ll have:
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to concisely communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience creating technical documentation for software, hardware, or other technical products.
- Proven expertise in developing user manuals, API documentation, system architecture guides, and process workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Advanced research and analytical abilities to gather insights from technical experts and translate them into clear, structured content.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, DITA, or equivalent platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing and maintaining documentation.
- Experience in organizing and presenting information in structured formats like taxonomies or knowledge bases.
- Commitment to detail, consistency, and delivering high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience in renewable energy or Supply chain or logistics or IoT time series data
- Experience in writing technical blogs and public facing white papers
- Work that you can share as examples
