Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team. This is a Work From Home (WFH) position. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling outbound and inbound calls, and be able to generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
Requirements Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to use CRM software effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or a similar role.
